đź’« My Journey
I spent over two decades in the software industry, building systems, leading teams, and navigating the high-pressure world of technology. I hold a Master’s degree in Software Management from Carnegie Mellon University and was fortunate to lead major technical projects for global organizations.
But along the way, I began to feel a quiet disconnect — from my body, my energy, my joy. I wasn’t “sick,” but I wasn’t well either. Like many of my clients today, I was high-functioning… and hollowed out.
That’s when I discovered Ayurveda — the timeless science of vitality and balance. And it changed everything.
🌱 My Practice
Today, I help people who are navigating stress, fatigue, hormonal shifts, and health confusion — especially those who’ve tried conventional routes and are now seeking deeper, gentler healing.
My approach is not one-size-fits-all. Each person is unique. Together, we work to uncover the root causes of imbalance and design a daily rhythm, food plan, and mind-body practices that restore energy, clarity, and peace — without relying on medications or fad trends.
My mission is simple:
To empower you to take charge of your own health, build enduring resilience, and live with vitality — even in a hyper-busy, rapidly changing world.
📚 My Teaching & Clinical Experience
Before founding Ayurveda for Vitality, I served as:
- Faculty, Clinical Supervisor & Program Coordinator for the MA-Ayurveda Program at Mount Madonna Institute, Watsonville, CA
- Clinic Director at Mount Madonna’s Ayurveda Clinic
- Faculty Member at Meru Institute in San Jose, CA
- Director of Institutional Effectiveness, bringing rigor and quality assurance to Ayurvedic education
This blend of clinical, academic, and administrative experience allows me to work with both heart and structure — offering clients the best of tradition and professionalism.
🕊️ What I Believe
- Healing is collaborative: You are the expert of your body. My role is to guide, educate, and support — not impose.
- Consistency over complexity: Small, thoughtful changes yield lasting transformation.
- Ayurveda is timeless: It adapts beautifully to modern life without losing its soul.
✍🏼 I Also Teach & Write
In addition to client work, I love teaching workshops and writing about Ayurveda for everyday life — from seasonal eating to stress recovery. I believe ancient wisdom should be accessible, not intimidating.
